Using a proprietary customized barrier film, specialized core materials, and high-vacuum technology, we provide unmatched insulation performance using a fraction of the space.

Q: Can a 2mm Vacu-Slim panel really outperform 20mm of traditional foam?

A: Yes. Because Vacu-Slim utilizes a high-vacuum environment combined with nanoporous cores, its thermal conductivity is roughly 10 times lower than traditional polyurethane (PU) foam. This allows you to reduce insulation thickness by up to 90% while maintaining the exact same R-value.


Q: Can I bend or cut the Vacu-Slim panels myself?

A: No. Like all Vacuum Insulation Panels, bending or puncturing the outer barrier film will destroy the internal vacuum, converting it back to a standard insulation material. You must provide us with your exact design drawings, and we will custom-manufacture the precise shapes you need.


Q: What happens if the operating temperature exceeds 90°C?

A: Vacu-Slim is designed for a continuous operating range of -40°C to 90°C. Exposing the panel to temperatures above 100°C for extended periods will melt the proprietary high-barrier plastic film and compromise the vacuum seal.
