Aerogel Blanket is made with aerogel as the core material and special processes, such as pre-oxidized glass fibers, etc. Aerogel is a porous solid material with a porosity of 80%-99.8%, and this unique structure gives it an extremely low density.
Description
Our company established an advanced R&D center equipped with instruments such as thermal conductivity testers, surface area and porosity analyzers, universal testing machines, and gas chromatographs, supported by a professional team of senior engineers with over 15 years of industry experience. Recognized as one of the early pioneers in China’s nanogel industry, Woqin participated in drafting the national standard for nanoporous aerogel composite materials and holds multiple national patents in insulation and energy-saving technologies. Its management and production systems are backed by internationally recognized certifications, including ISO 9001:2015 for quality management, ISO 14001:2015 for environmental management, and OHSAS 18001:2007
Aerogel Blanket excellent thermal insulation performance, with a room thermal conductivity of 0.021(m·K), which is 25 times better than traditional insulation materials, effectively heat transfer and reducing heat exchange. It can maintain stable performance under working conditions ranging from -200℃ to 650℃, with a performance degradation rate of than 5% in high-temperature environments, and it can play a good insulation and heat insulation role in different temperature environments. It has super hydrophobicity, with a resistance rate of >99% and a water absorption rate of <8%, which can prevent moisture penetration and avoid problems such as dampness and water absorption corrosion. The texture light and flexible, with a density of generally 200g/m³ and a thickness of 3-20mm, which is convenient to cut, bend, install on devices, containers, or pipelines of various shapes, reducing construction difficulty and labor intensity.
Thickness | Length | wide | ㎡/volume |
3mm | 65m | 1.5m | 97.5㎡ |
5mm | 45m | 1.5m | 67.5㎡ |
10mm | 25m | 1.5m | 37.5㎡ |
20mm | 12m | 1.5m | 15㎡ |
Note: It can be cut into pieces according to customer needs and the surface can be wrapped with aluminum foil
Ultra-Thin Insulation Blanket
This blanket features a core of aerogel combined with glass fibers, providing outstanding thermal insulation while remaining lightweight and flexible. With a thickness range of 3–20 mm and a density around 200 g/m³, it delivers extremely low thermal conductivity (~0.021 W/(m·K)). The material is flame-retardant (A1) and highly water-repellent (>99% hydrophobicity), making it ideal for industrial and construction applications where efficient heat retention is required.
High-Temperature Performance Blanket (HT650)
Designed for medium to high-temperature applications, this blanket is perfect for pipelines and equipment where space is limited. It maintains stable insulation performance from -200°C up to 650°C (long-term ≤550°C), with a density of ~200 g/m³ and thermal conductivity around 0.021 W/(m·K). The blanket is non-toxic, flame-retardant, and hydrophobic (>99%), ensuring reliable operation in challenging environments.
Hydrophobic Thermal Blanket (HT650H)
This blanket is tailored for high humidity environments, offering enhanced water repellency while retaining excellent thermal insulation. Its properties include a thickness of 3–20 mm, density of ~200 g/m³, and hydrophobicity exceeding 99% even at 316°C. It performs efficiently at temperatures from -200°C to 650°C (long-term ≤550°C) and is flame-retardant, making it suitable for pipelines and equipment that demand strong moisture resistance.
Cryogenic Low-Density Blanket (CryoFelt LD)
Engineered for low-temperature applications, this lightweight and flexible blanket ensures effective thermal insulation from -200°C to 400°C. With a thickness of 3–20 mm and density of ~200 g/m³, it achieves low thermal conductivity (~0.021 W/(m·K)) while remaining airtight and frost-free. The blanket is flame-retardant and hydrophobic (>99%), and its long service life (over 30 years) makes it a reliable solution for cryogenic pipelines, equipment, and high-clean environments.
Extreme High-Temperature Blanket (SHT)
This blanket is designed for extreme high-temperature scenarios, providing durable thermal protection for equipment operating between -50°C and 1300°C. With a density of ~200 g/m³ and thermal conductivity around 0.021 W/(m·K), it is highly hydrophobic (>99%) and flame-retardant. Its robust performance makes it suitable for furnaces, metallurgical equipment, aerospace applications, and other environments where superior heat resistance is essential.
